Messaging Token Holders
GoMint enables direct communication between token holders, fostering collaboration and network-building within each token’s ecosystem. This messaging system ensures privacy and security through on-chain ownership verification, allowing only verified holders of a token to engage in private, peer-to-peer conversations.
Key Features
Direct Messaging Token holders can send private messages to other holders of the same token, encouraging community engagement and decentralized collaboration.
On-Chain Verification Both sender and recipient wallet addresses are verified via Solana on-chain data to confirm active ownership of the token before messaging is allowed.
Privacy Controls Users have full control over their messaging settings:
Opt out of receiving messages
Block specific users
Whitelist known addresses
Secure Message History Conversations are stored with end-to-end encryption, ensuring privacy and data security for all users.
Spam Protection Anti-spam measures are built in:
Users must meet a minimum token holding threshold (set by the project) to send messages
Message throttling and filters to detect and prevent abuse
Use Case
A $HYPE token holder wants to collaborate on a meme campaign. Using GoMint, they search for other $HYPE holders and identify a user with similar interests. Since both hold the token, they are able to initiate a private, encrypted conversation to plan the campaign. If either party sells all their tokens, messaging access is automatically restricted.
