Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GoMint platform (“GoMint”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of GoMint, you are fully responsible for the content you create, share, or promote. This includes:

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Respecting the rights, safety, and dignity of others.

  • Refraining from posting or promoting harmful or unlawful content, such as:

    • Threats to human or animal life

    • Violence, abuse, or the promotion of illegal activity

You accept full accountability for any outcomes resulting from your content or actions on the platform.

3. Content Moderation

GoMint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content that violates these Terms. This may include:

  • Harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material

  • Content flagged by the community or determined to be in breach of platform guidelines

Removed content will no longer be accessible on GoMint, though it may still exist externally.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not post, share, or promote content that:

  • Encourages violence, self-harm, or unlawful behavior

  • Infringes on intellectual property, privacy rights, or other legal protections

Prohibited content is subject to removal without notice upon review or user reports.

5. Risks and Limitations

Using the GoMint platform involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

  • Financial Risk: Digital tokens may lose value or fluctuate rapidly.

  • Legal Risk: You are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with local laws.

  • Usage Risk: Misuse of the platform may result in penalties, including content removal or account suspension.

GoMint assumes no liability for any financial loss, legal consequences, or technical failures resulting from platform use.

6. Age & Content Disclaimer

By using GoMint, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access the platform.

GoMint supports user-generated tokens, some of which may contain mature or explicit content. While we offer content filtering tools, we cannot guarantee that all NSFW content will be restricted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring lawful access and managing their exposure to content.

7. Updates to Terms

GoMint may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

8. Final Agreement

By using the GoMint platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge full responsibility for your actions and content. Content that violates these rules may be removed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
